Some times online maps are not quite right. Below are instructions that have been written by our staff to help you get to our office.

From I-405

• Take Exit 18 West toward Kirkland (“85th Street Exit”)
• Turn Left at the 2nd light, onto 6th Street
• Turn Left at the 1st light, onto 4th Avenue
• Go a half block East, toward the Kirkland Post Office

We are located in the red brick building on the right, before you curve to go to the Post Office.

 

From SR-520

• Take the “Lake Washington Boulevard” exit
• Head straight through the light into downtown Kirkland (4 miles)
• Turn Right onto Central Way
• Turn Right onto 6th Street
• Park Place will be on the right
• Turn Left at the 1st light, onto 4th Avenue
• Go a half block East, toward the Kirkland Post Office

We are located in the red brick building on the right, before you curve to go to the Post Office.

Directions to our Seattle Clinic at Swedish Hospital Medical Center

• Heading Northbound I-5
• Take the Madison Street Exit
• Make a Right on Madison
• Make a Right onto Summit Avenue into the parking garage of the Nordstrom Medical Tower
• Our office is Suite 680 on the 6th floor of the Nordstrom Medical Tower

 

Heading Southbound I-5

• Take the James Street Exit
• Make a Left on James Street
• Go uphill and make a Left on Boren
• Go 4 blocks and make a Right on Madison
• Make a Right onto Summit Avenue into the parking garage of the Nordstrom Medical Tower
• Our office is Suite 680 on the 6th floor of the Nordstrom Medical Tower

 

Taking I-90 Going West

• Take exit #2C/I-5 North towards Vancouver
• Follow the directions above for Northbound I-5

 

Taking 520 Going West

• Take the I-5 South exit towards Portland
• Follow the directions above for Southbound I-5
